Wear Where

A RATTLER’S TALE poem
BY
ANTHONY NORTH

Modern fashion I often dread,
It appears such a slender thread,
Where do they wear it? I haven’t a clue,
Maybe they really need two;
And even then you can go very pale,
Wondering if it fits on head or tail;
But it seems to me they really pay,
For items that let bits go astray

Bond Rising Brexit

Pappa Razzi says: Survey of best Bond confirms Sean Connery is tops. Roger Moore didn’t make top 3. I liked Roger, but he wasn’t Bond – thug in a tuxedo. He was The Saint. Too slick.

Polly Ticks says: Brexit talks in balance. UK/France on immigration. Prize? Fisheries. It’ll go better with Spain. All Spain quarantine lifted for agreement on Gibraltar.

Philip Osophy says: Unemployment rising fast in UK. People panicking. I’m not – remember the 70s. 3m unemployed, 25% inflation & a pandemic of IRA bombs & nukes.
