THE SETTEE: No one knew who put the settee
by the quiet road at the edge of town but many
were glad they did. An argument at home? Go
and sit there, often someone from another house,
another argument, for company. Brief relationship
in transit. A moment of bliss, then home,
resolved. Everyone was glad it was there.
TEACHER: He was the worst teacher in
the world. He was so lazy that students
ended up motivating themselves. He was
the best teacher in the world.
COMPLACENT: Mr Big Biz knew the
customers who wouldn’t buy enough. They
were guided to the ComplacEntry; then to
the boiler. After all, he WAS green.
