United Feelings

Guru Tony says … Brit PM says he’ll gag the Muslim hate clerics. But what’s going on? Clerics & lackeys are same as violent guru/disciple cult behaviour.

Major de Ranger says … UK forces the scrapping of EU arms embargo to Syrian rebels. Bit by bit the world is being pulled in. Then comes mission creep …

Polly Ticks says … 500,000 people in UK now rely on food banks due to cuts. We were on the way to eliminating poverty, so no excuse. This govt is uncivilised.

My Writing Tips

He was not to blame
Devils, DNA, others
Always excuses
***
BAD: He saw things darker now.
Light just an illusion in perpetual
night. Bad never happens under the
Sun, when he glows.
***
As the lights go dim
He doesn’t see his purpose
Why is he so dim?

AWARD: He’d never worn a badge
before. Not the bloodied one of
courage, nor an award for duty.
But the smile of his first kiss.

MICROPEDIE IN 55 WORDS
UFO – objects fuelling belief in ET. Spirituality will out even in involuntary, material societies. Should be Unidentified Faith Object.
United – word to indicate togetherness, but usually hope, not reality. First word of many countries, which are not.
Unconscious – part of mind inaccessible to the conscious. The bit we don’t know is there, but is puppetmaster of the ‘self’.

Blogger Bard says:

MYTH: ‘Angry gods, wise gods, loving
gods – just myths with no substance.’
She was angry as he said it, for she
loved him. He was not wise today.
***
RITUAL: The cat watched the fish and
vice versa. It was a ritual; and they
all knew what would happen if they met.
‘Please do,’ thought the piranha.
***
CIRCLES: Reality goes in circles, he
was told. So he walked a straight line
to prove it wrong; right round the
planet and ended where he started.
